RUVO professional tools include a limited two-year warranty unless the documentation supplied with a specific product states otherwise.

What the limited warranty covers

Eligible defects in original materials or workmanship that appear during normal use within the coverage period. RUVO may inspect the product and determine an appropriate repair, replacement, or other remedy under the applicable warranty.

What is not covered

Normal wear to blades, foils, cutters, batteries, coatings, and accessories; accidental impact; liquid or chemical damage; misuse; incorrect blade adjustment; inadequate care; altered serial markings; or repair by an unauthorised party.

What you will need

The product model and serial information where available, proof and date of purchase, seller details, a clear description of the issue, and supporting photos or video when requested.

Before requesting support

Stop using a tool that is damaged, unusually hot, producing an abnormal sound, or showing a compromised cable or charging connection. Do not open the housing or attempt an electrical repair.
