Support / Product care
Performance starts with care.
A short, repeatable routine protects blade movement, battery health, and the control you expect from a professional tool.
Between clients
- Switch the tool off and brush loose hair away from the blade and housing openings.
- Apply an approved disinfecting method without immersing the tool or flooding the housing.
- Inspect alignment, unusual sound, heat, and charge level before the next service.
End of day
- Remove detachable guards and clean them separately according to their material.
- Clean and dry the blade, then apply a small amount of suitable clipper oil at the moving contact points.
- Wipe the housing with a soft, lightly damp cloth and store the tool only after it is dry.
Weekly check
- Inspect blade teeth, foil surfaces, cutters, screws, charging cable, and connection points.
- Listen for a change in sound or vibration that may indicate debris, alignment change, or wear.
- Review high-wear parts and arrange replacement before they affect comfort or finish.
Battery and storage
Protect the power system.
Charge dry
Use the supplied charging equipment on a stable surface away from water.
Manage heat
Allow an unusually warm tool to cool before charging or enclosed storage.
Avoid deep storage discharge
For long storage, leave a partial charge and refresh it periodically.
Keep connections clear
Remove dry debris from the charging interface without metal tools or liquid.
Stop using and disconnect a tool if the housing, battery, cable, plug, or charging interface appears damaged. Do not open the housing; contact RUVO support.
